Important note:
As detailed in the Bulletin, we are looking for action in 3 specific areas detailed below as soon as possible please. You will find additional information on Easyprint Users included in the Q&A No 7 and also on the attached Easyprint eCount Users Guide.
- Telling us who your eCounting staff are and which role profile (access to eCounting functions) each should have – to be set up on Easyprint between now and 4pm on 22 April 2022;
- If you think you could have a need for more than 60 User Accounts in a single Count Centre please let the Project Team know as soon as possible; and
- Test ballot papers for your use in Count week – discuss this with your Regional Manager to confirm that you wish to receive ballot papers on basis detailed in the Bulletin. Should you require fewer please let your Regional Manager know. If you request more, we will try to accommodate this but we have a finite supply to work from.
